We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist with specific experience in recruiting for unique and specialized roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, talent acquisition approaches, employer branding, new recruitment strategies, and initiatives. Specifically, we are looking for a specialist who has a history of recruiting for roles such as Amazon Account Manager, Amazon E-commerce Specialist, Amazon Brand Development, Amazon Account Manager, Amazon Product Research, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Specialist, B2B E-commerce Business Development, and Business Development for B2B E-commerce Agency.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy, specializing in sourcing and attracting talent for specific roles including Amazon Account Manager, Amazon E-commerce Specialist, Amazon Product Research, Talent Acquisition Specialist, B2B E-commerce Business Development, and more.
2. Manage our employer brand across various platforms, portraying our company image accurately to potential candidates.
3. Launch and manage new recruitment initiatives to broaden our talent pool and increase our company’s recognition.
4. Work closely with hiring managers to create and post job descriptions that are accurate and appealing to potential candidates.
5. Utilize recruitment databases, social media, job boards, and other professional networks to source potential candidates.
6. Attend career fairs and other recruitment events to increase our reach and source potential candidates.
7. Monitor and improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
8. Report on recruitment metrics regularly to identify areas of improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
9. Build relationships with key industry professionals, colleges, and other recruiters.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field.
2. Proven experience in full life-cycle recruitment, with a focus on the roles specified above.
3. Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and databases.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently sell the company brand.
5. Proficiency in HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
6. Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once and meet tight deadlines.
7. Good decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Benefits:
