Recruitment Specialist

Full-time | 40 hours per week
The offer starts at Php 35,000 take-home pay per month
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT Manila

About the Client:

The client is an established recruitment firm expanding its industry in the Philippines by providing migration service business for blue-collar roles bound for deployment in Australia.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end to end Recruitment requirements of a recruitment company in Australia
Create and implement recruitment strategies to achieve the required staffing levels of tradespeople bound for deployment in Australia.
Build healthy talent pipelines that will allow for quick turnaround time during the fulfillment of blue collar jobs in Australia
Creatively market the roles to be filled across various online platforms including social media sites
Conduct relevant interviews and reference checks
Manage the on-boarding process
Accurate data management of information, documents, and mandatory compliance
Conducting necessary background and legal checks
Booking or coordinating of medicals, training, inductions and other relevant items
Update metrics and other monitoring data

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Recruiter for a minimum of 3-5 years under a staffing agency or any similar organization
Experience in managing overseas requisition for blue-collar positions
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
Abreast with various selection processes such as video interviewing, phone interviewing, testing, and skills assessment
Competency in using HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – JobAdder Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
