We seek a Recruitment Specialist with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The best person for this job is the one who makes it his/her business to regularly collaborate with hiring managers and proactively identify future hiring needs.
Ultimately, the Recruitment Specialist ensures our company attracts candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals, and hires & retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
The main responsibilities of the Recruitment Specialist are the following:
• Collaborate with the HR Manager to design and implement an overall recruiting strategy;
• Develop and update continuously the job descriptions and job specifications;
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc,;
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.;
• Screen candidate resumes and job applications;
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter the candidates accordingly;
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
• Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team; and
• Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work”.
Here are the basic set of skills required:
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (BPO recruitment experience of at least 3 years is preferred)
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager. Strictly on-site work at Banawa, Cebu City. We observe the Eastern Standard Time Zone work hours, Mondays thru Fridays.
