About the Role:
This role aims to support Remote Workmate and/or its clients in filling active roles whether in end-to-end recruitment cycle or with just parts of it such as sourcing and data mining. You have to be experienced and well equipped to perform functions within the recruitment space, as an individual contributor or as a member of the team. If you are passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition and thrives in the challenges of unearthing superb talent, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end Recruitment process to fill roles within the areas of Administrative, Finance and Accounting, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, and Customer Service, among others.
Pre-screen candidates, categorize resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens and in-depth video interviews, administer assessments, scheduling interviews, coordinate background checks, and complete all associated paperwork for each individual hire.
Present profiles that have been assessed and evaluated thoroughly and completely.
Identify best candidate profiles and good sources of candidates based on the requirements from Job Analysis.
Ensure that the pipeline of quality candidates is rich of candidates ready for client submission.
Maintain up-to-date candidates’ profiles on the Recruitment ATS or any assigned database accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare and manage reports for Recruitment Manage/ Hiring Partners in line with status for each assigned role.
Utilize various avenues such as social media and online presence to expand professional networks.
Structure and maintain pools of talent wherein candidates are systematically categorized, consistently engaged, and are available via the system’s search mechanism and capability.
Augment sourcing activities by performing administrative tasks such as requisition creation, job advertisement generation, and process improvement projects to enhance every step of the process.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
At least 3 to 5 years of solid end to end recruitment experience with strategic sourcing background particularly, in doing volume hiring for non-agent, corporate positions
Must have proven recruitment success
Previous online or offshore Recruitment experience and capacity is an advantage
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
