Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, coupled with exceptional organizational skills. As a Recruitment Specialist at Gear Elevation, you will play a crucial role in attracting, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s growing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
– Source and recruit candidates using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks).
– Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
– Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing a positive candidate experience.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
– Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
– Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
– Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, company policies, and legal regulations.
– Manage recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide regular reports to management.
– Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote Gear Elevation as an employer of choice.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
– Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
– High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
– Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
