Key Responsibilities:

Initial Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to identify potential candidates who meet the job requirements.
First Interview: Conduct the initial round of interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with the hiring team to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and candidate progress.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with various job boards and recruitment tools.
Willingness to work on a percentage-based payment structure.
