Atlas Manpower is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in publishing job ads, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and building strong relationships with candidates.
Responsibilities:
Publish job ads on career pages, job boards, and social media platforms to attract potential candidates.
Source candidates through online databases, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Contact and engage with potential candidates to assess their interest and suitability for available positions.
Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates for further evaluation.
Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Provide a shortlist of qualified potential hires to hiring managers for review and consideration.
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
Select qualified candidates for client interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
Prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about the job and client expectations.
Build and maintain pipelines of high-potential candidates for current and future job opportunities.
Develop and nurture relationships with candidates to create a positive candidate experience and promote retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably in the staffing industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Proficiency in publishing job ads on various platforms and sourcing candidates through different channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidate qualifications and conduct effective interviews.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with candidates.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
