Job Description

Assist us, an Unskilled Home Healthcare agency based in Eastern Standard Time in the United States with the recruitment of Home Health Aids and Certified Nursing Assistants who will deliver services to our clients. We currently have 5 people full-time in the office in EST in the USA, and we have four others that working remotely.

• You must be available during weekdays of the United States Eastern Standard Time – 8 am to 4:30 pm.

• You have an eye for detail and like things to be well organized and accurate.
• You are a natural completer who enjoys getting tasks ticked off on your to-do list.
• You can be a little competitive, and like hitting targets, especially ones that are contributing team success.
• You enjoy working within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screen calls
• Conducting in-person interviews (via Zoom)
• Ensuring the necessary documentation is collected from applicants.
• Communicate with Applicants through the screening process.
• Completing the necessary background and screening process
• Coordinating and guiding the applicants through our Onboarding process
• Keeping in contact with onboard applicants to ensure they feel supported and recognized
• Creating team development strategies
• Ensure the overall growth of our Care provider team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Good written and spoken English language skills
• Previous work-related experience, knowledge, or experience in a similar role, such as recruitment.
• Good communication skills including telephone manner
• Tech Savy; Essential
• Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Qualifications, such as HHA, CNA or experience within home healthcare preferred but not required.
