Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.

Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, and supporting hiring managers. If you have experience evaluating candidates for roles of various fields and seniority levels, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:
• Source potential candidates on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Adopt modern sourcing technologies (where & when appropriate) in your outreach including but not limited to automation, drip campaigns, saved google alerts, etc.
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
• Qualify soft skills of potential candidates.

Requirements:
• Prior experience as a recruiter – technical recruiting would be a plus.
• Superb verbal and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Not required but helpful: knowledge of enterprise software teams, technologies, and implementation methodologies.
• Not required but helpful: familiarity with implementing boolean search logic.
