Location: Remote
Position: Reddit Posting Manager (Full-time)
Schedule: 7 days/week, 8 hours per day / 2 holiday days per month
Compensation: $1,000 per month + Bonuses
Job Description: The Reddit Posting Manager will oversee the Reddit posting team (responsible for 4 people), ensuring high-quality and strategic content is being posted daily. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing and inspiring the team, identifying growth opportunities, ensuring the existing operations run smoothly and improving efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the Reddit posting team.
• Create and schedule posts to drive traffic to web pages.
• Monitor post performance and provide team feedback.
• Develop strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Conduct training sessions for the Reddit posting team.
• Identify new subreddits and opportunities for posting.
• Ensure compliance with Reddit’s guidelines and implement strategies to avoid bans.
• Analyse traffic and engagement metrics.
• Design and manage spreadsheets to track performance metrics on accounts.
• Prevent accounts from being banned by understanding and adhering to subreddit rules.
• Collaborate with other departments to align strategies with business goals.
• Continuously seek process improvements.
Ideal Candidate:
• Degree educated minimum
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent English proficiency (C2 minimum).
• Proactive and initiative-driven. We don’t want someone to just follow orders and wait for the next instruction, we want to someone to who can achieve a goal with minimal supervision.
• Confident in using Google Drive and Google Suite products.
• Highly organized with strong relationship-building skills.
• Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing operations.
• Technical knowledge and ability is a bonus.
• Experience with avoiding bans and preventing accounts from being banned on Reddit is a bonus.
