Job Overview:
We are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to strengthen our team. This role is pivotal in managing both renewal accounts and generating new business within the plant store sector. As the custodian of a regional territory, you will be instrumental in achieving a monthly sales quota and cultivating lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service. MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK CONFIDENTLY WITH AMERICAN SMALL SHOP OWNERS.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and expand a portfolio of existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities in the assigned region.
– Conduct a minimum of 50 daily calls to plant store representatives, focusing on renewals, upselling, and acquiring new accounts.
– Meet or exceed a monthly sales target of $10,000 in revenue.
– Deliver outstanding customer service and support to both current and potential clients.
– Remain abreast of industry trends to effectively position Moss Amigos in the marketplace.
– Work collaboratively with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and sales in the region.
– Utilize G Suite, HubSpot CRM, and Aircall for efficient management of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
– Fluent in American English with excellent pronunciation and communication skills.
– Keen understanding of the latest trends in the plant and terrarium industry.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Adaptability to a dynamic, remote work environment.
– Proficiency in G Suite, HubSpot CRM, and Aircall.
– Based in the Philippines.
