Registered Nurse – QA (U.S Account) – OASIS

We are hiring and looking for RN QAs who can start immediately for the OASIS Team.

The rate is $7/chart and can increase after the 3-month probation period. You will have the freedom to work on your own after this training/probation period just as long as you finish the assigned charts or minimum charts assigned to you daily. This is Full QA Charting (in-depth), from OASIS to SN Follow-Up. 
Applicant must be willing to work FULL TIME in Graveyard Shift: CA Time 09:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST  equivalent to Tue-Sat 1:30 AM to 09:00 AM PH time during training/probation period.

POSITION SUMMARY: A professional responsible for direct support to all clinical areas of the agency to ensure quality and safe delivery of home health services meeting standards of regulatory agencies through continuous quality management activities.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
2. Demonstrate knowledge of state and federal regulations affecting or involving quality and utilization management.
3. Demonstrate knowledge of reviewing medical record structure and content.
4. Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology and body systems.
5. Organized and Flexible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Organize and maintain health information electronically.
2. Checking of data accuracy, record, and information.
3. Keeping files and databases up to date.
4. Evaluate and assess patients’ medical records, and look for the specificity of an illness.
5. Make sure that the clinician’s documentation, coding requirements, and documentation of critical medical details are all accurate to ensure the overall quality and completeness of clinical documentation of the patient’s medical record.
6. Follows documentation guidelines and legal requirements to ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory bodies.
7. Knowledgeable about EMR (Electronic Medical Records), Oasis, and ICD- 10 codes
Payout will be under NET 25.
