REI Reply & Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced REI Reply Expert who thrives in dynamic environments and is adept at using REI Reply’s texting workflows and dialer. This role offers a unique opportunity to join an early-stage operation with significant growth potential. You will play a critical role in shaping our lead generation processes and improving our outreach efforts in our commercial real estate investment company.

Key Responsibilities:

– Set up and optimize REI Reply dialer and texting workflows to maximize lead generation efficiency.
– Proactively engage potential contacts to generate leads of motivated sellers.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in REI Reply, ensuring all lead statuses reflect current engagements.
– Continuously refine processes, providing feedback and suggesting enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
– Independent, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Rate of Pay:

– $5/hr USD starting rate.
– Performance-based bonuses, with potential earnings averaging $9/hr+ including weekly qualified leads incentives.
– Salary review after the first 30 days with significant opportunities for increases as we scale our operations.

Hours:

– Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm CST.
– Availability on Saturdays with prior notice for critical tasks.

Requirements:

– Proven experience with REI Reply, especially in utilizing its dialer and texting workflows.
– Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage naturally and effectively in conversations.
– Demonstrable ability to generate leads and effectively manage customer interactions.
– Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to offer solutions and handle objections from customers.
– Independent, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
