The Role Logistics:
We need support in the areas of case management, reimbursement and client support. Our objective is to find individuals who have experience with FBA reimbursement and leadership.
As a Reimbursement Manager, you will serve as the Case Manager team lead, and the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, investigating and resolving cases, and collaborating with internal teams for effective solutions. This role involves working closely with Account Managers, providing support in case resolution, and contributing to the overall success of client relationships.

Responsibilities and Areas of Need:
Case Resolution:
– Investigate and analyze client cases, collaborating with internal teams for effective solutions.
Communication and Follow-Up:
– Communicate with clients through various channels, providing clear updates on case status and resolutions.
– Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure case resolution meets client expectations.
Collaboration with Account Managers:
– Work closely with Account Managers to understand client accounts and collaborate on relevant cases.
Problem-Solving and Quality Assurance:
– Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex client issues.
– Implement quality assurance measures to ensure high standards of service.
Continuous Learning and Growth Opportunities:
– Stay informed about industry trends and updates relevant to case management.
– Identify opportunities for professional growth within the role of Reimbursement Manager.
Input on Hiring: Provide valuable input on new candidates for the case management team, evaluating and recommending those that may be a good fit.

Skills That Will Enable You to Thrive:
– Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
– You have proficiency and experience with Excel.
– You are proficient with asset management tools such as Slack, ClickUp, GSuite, Loom, Monitask.
– You have deep knowledge and experience in E-commerce, particularly in FBA Reimbursement. Walmart Marketplace is a plus.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize your time and resource management effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
– Pride in refining your communication, both written and verbal.
– Tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling client information.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs in a startup environment and take a proactive approach.
– Reliable computer and internet connection and can use video conferencing services such as Google Meet.
– Ability to read and follow instructions with precision, enabling you to excel in a remote work environment.
