Relationship Development Specialist (Base + Commission)

For this role, your job is to chat with followers on an influencers account and try to sell them content.

Skills required:

The ability to speak AMERICAN English (you can’t sound like a Filipinio)
The desire to chat with people all day
The ability to make people feel comfortable around you
Fluent English
Some sales skills

You are representing a HIGH LEVEL influencer here and talking to her fan base. We do not want you to sound like a Filipino VA with your yes sir no sir okay sir type of talk. If you can’t talk like an American girl, this role is not for you.

Your responsibilities:

Chatting with the fan base
Building a personal connection with individual fans
Selling premium content

Essentially, what you will be doing all day is initiating/continuing conversations with fans, chatting with them for a little bit, and then asking them if they’d be interested in buying some content. You are acting as a female talking to a MOSTLY MALE audience, so you have to know how to be flirty and fun. Men who like other men tend to do very well in this role.

Job details:

$75/week + 10% commission on all sales
Paid every Saturday
8 consecutive hours a day, 6 days a week (you can pick your day off)

Once training is over, you should be averaging at least $200/day in sales. Over a 6 day workweek this will earn you another $120 in bonuses, so your weekly salary will be $195.

Once you are comfortable in the role, we are happy to switch you to a full 25% commission (no base pay). Meaning if you sell $1200/wk, you will earn $400 PER WEEK.

These targest are LOW and very doable.
