We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Relationship Manager to join our Credit Repair Team.
As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with credit repair needs, building strong relationships, and guiding them towards financial success.
We are seeking for someone to work 38 hours a week (within the Australian, Sydney time zones of 8am and 6pm).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Dispute negative listings on Australian credit reports
Utilise relevant legislation to challenge inaccuracies and discrepancies.
Liaise with credit reporting bodies and creditors to remove or amend listings
– Review financial documents:
Analyse bank statements, contracts, notices, and interaction notes to identify creditor process errors.
Document findings accurately in client files.
– Negotiate and investigate with creditors:
Engage in negotiations with creditors to resolve disputes and rectify inaccuracies.
Investigate discrepancies and errors reported by clients.
– Draft correspondence:
Prepare letters and emails based on relevant legislation to dispute listings.
Ensure all correspondence is clear, concise, and legally sound.
– Analyse and clarify case issues
Evaluate the complexity of each case and identify potential solutions.
Provide clear explanations and guidance to clients regarding their credit repair process.
– Communicate effectively with clients:
Provide regular updates on their credit repair progress.
Address any questions or concerns they may have regarding the process.
– Manage client documentation:
Receive and process client documentation efficiently.
Ensure all relevant paperwork is appropriately filed and documented within the system.
– Maintain professionalism and confidentiality:
Handle conflicting issues with professionalism and diplomacy.
Uphold strict confidentiality standards when dealing with sensitive client information.
– Assist in client file management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within the system.
QUALIFICATIONS
– Proven experience in customer service, relationship management, and credit repair.
– Strong understanding of credit reporting, credit scoring, and regulatory requirements.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to empathise with clients and provide compassionate support.
– Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
