As a Relationship Manager, you will be directly supporting the growth of our company by bringing in new clients. You will be changing the lives and trajectory of your clients’ careers in a positive and powerful way which, in turn, will grow the company and your opportunities as well.

Job Types: Full-time
This is a full-time job Working Monday through Friday Pacific Standard time. Mon-Thurs 7:30am to 5pm and Friday 7:30am to 11:30am for a weekly total of 40 hours. We are looking for new team members who are planning on building a career here and want to be here for years to come. This is a long term opportunity and not for free lance or contract work.

What You’ll Do:
You are simply setting appointments for a free hour of coaching. We will teach you all you need to know to be successful in this position.
You will learn how to ask probing questions and overcome objections to create strong relationships with our coaches and clients leading to a strong retention rate.

Primary Responsibilities:
*Communicate with clients through calls and emails
*Build a positive relationship with clients and grow customer sales with consistent follow-up
*Utilize and maintain CRM data regularly
*Answer questions and overcome objections by being an excellent listener
*Turn feedback into action and self-improvement

Hours for this job and the interview process will be office hours Pacific Standard Time. (This is the West Coast of the United States. )
**This job requires Strong verbal and written English skills and the ability to be self lead and stay busy at all times. If you have to rely on scripts, translation software or the like, this job is not for you and will not work out. We do not wish to waste anyone’s time and this is a high requirement and sticking point. Your speaking and understanding of the English language must be to the point of understanding slang, idioms and figures of speech to keep up in an organic fluid conversation. This includes mastery of your accent with little to display that English is not your first language.
