Job Description

We are a successful fast moving real estate company and looking for someone awesome to be in charge of due diligence and pricing properties. We’re searching for an outstanding candidate ideally with real estate experience.

You must have high levels of integrity, intelligence and work ethic to help our team and our customers close property acquisitions.
You will be talking to potential sellers on the phone so you MUST have good English, be able to connect quickly with people on the phone in a professional and pleasant manner.

Candidate Requirements

• Superior English communication skills
• Excellent ability to quickly establish trust and rapport on the phone
• Ability to work US business hours including Saturday. Total approx 35-40hrs /week
• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn
• Goal focused

Daily Responsibilities

The Successful candidate will help manage new leads through the pipeline to close deals in successful real estate acquisitions.
You will be skilled at using excel
You will have used various CRM’s before to manage lead pipeline
You will be fast and efficient at updating and inputing data
You will have strong work ethic and be super efficient
You will be a rock star on the phone with great English, good at establishing rapport quickly, and confident at answering questions.
You will help analyze some of our deals sourcing comps through Zillow, Realtor etc
You will be trained in assessing properties and rejecting the ones that we do not want.

Must Haves

• MUST be great on the phone- a large part of your success or failure in the role will be based on your phone manner, establishing rapport with customers, ability to listen, ability to negotiate
* MUST have phone experience
• MUST have great English
• MUST be available US business hours
* MUST have previous SALES experience and training
• MUST be able to converse and adapt to the conversation (not merely read a script)
• STRONG work ethic
• ATTENTION to detail to ensure leads, prospects and pipeline remains organized.

Nice to Have

• Experience in real estate
• Be familiar with using Zillow, Realtor etc platforms and pulling comps.
• Some college or formal education
• Experience in the corporate world, working in a professional setting.
• Lead gen/cold calling/customer support experience
