Reliable Visual Designer (on request)

Magandang macaw! Salamat is interested in the position of Freelance Visual Designer in collaboration with Maximum Society.

Maximum Society wants to built a community that aims to help people with their personal development by providing them with resources and guidance. We want to offer a variety of resources including life hacks, practical advice, daily motivational quotes, tips, and case studies of high achievers. We also want to send out a weekly newsletter, and social media pages to help people stay motivated, informed, and on track with their personal development journey.

As a personal development start-up, we are looking for a highly creative and motivated freelance visual designer to work as needed. As the sole designer, you will have the opportunity to shape the brand’s visual identity and create visually stunning designs that captivate and inspire our audience.

Responsibilities:
– Design a logo and corporate identity
– Work on projects as needed and work with the founder and content manager to understand the company’s visual direction and develop a consistent visual style across all platforms
– Create visually appealing designs for a variety of media, including social media, website and email
– Design and develop infographics, illustrations and other visual assets to enhance our content
– Stay on top of the latest design trends and technologies
– Make sure all designs are optimized for web and mobile viewing
– Assist with photo editing and retouching as needed

Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in visual design
– Strong portfolio with a range of design work
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
– Strong understanding of typography, color theory and composition
– Understand best practices for web and mobile design
– Strong communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Passion for personal development and self-improvement
