The Relocation Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for accepting referrals from third party clients, placing referrals with real estate agents, and facilitating the appropriate paperwork and communication between client counselors and assigned agents to ensure we are meeting client expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
? • Accept referrals from third party clients via internet, phone, and email.
? • Place incoming referrals with agents and brokerages and ensure customer contact is made in a timely manner.
? • Monitor updates and referrals on an ongoing basis, ensuring accurate and timely information is received from agents regarding referral statuses and communicate the information to various referral sources.
? • Act as liaison between agent and client and assist with resolving issues and complaints that arise in a prompt and professional manner.
? • Perform follow-up communication such as calls, texts, and emails with clients to ensure an excellent customer service experience.
? • Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks such as documentation and data entry into multiple systems, including multiple CRM systems.
? • Create reports, check for accuracy, and communicate data in a user-friendly manner.
? • Track follow-up with agents, internal departments, and external brokerages.
? • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Real Estate experience required
?• Two years’ experience in customer service required
?• Previous administrative, operations, and/or data entry experience required
• Previous experience in account management or project coordination is required
• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
• Ability to perform under pressure by being able to multi-task, prioritize and reprioritize workload as tasks come in, and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written) including the ability to make professional phone calls on a daily basis, proofread documents, and identify errors.
• Stellar customer service is a must; good diplomacy skills also required.
• Strong computer and internet competence, along with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly and thoroughly. • •
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Suite.
• Position requires substantial data entry. Ability to enter information accurately is critical.
• Collaborative and works well in a team environment.
• Dynamic self-starter, who takes ownership of a task and completes it in a timely fashion.
• Understanding of the Real Estate industry or Relocation is a plus.
• Knowledge of eRelocation is a plus.
