Relocation Specialist Sales Associate (High Commission Based $$$)

I am looking to hire a relocation specialist sales associate that is highly motivated to have unlimited commissions only role for upwards of $1,000 dollars per month.

This is commission only position and intended for those who have the following skillset
– Great phone communication skills
– Great English
– The ability to search available properties meeting the displaced family’s criteria (you will be given a guide and training on how to do this)
– Driven – you don’t close you don’t get paid; you close you get paid a very high commission
– The ability to reach out to home owners via (Zillow, furnished finder)
– 30% Profit share on lucrative contracts. Our mid-term rental corporate contracts could range anywhere from $2,000-$5,000 for several months, which means, you could take home anywhere from $600- $1,500/month per contract!

Our Business:
– We provide temporary housing to displaced families by working with the relocation agencies that work alongside the insurance companies. The insurance companies are the ones who need to relocate their clients into homes
– At Invested Click to view we are an American based company that provides homes to relocation agencies in need of temporary homes for their client the family in need. The displaced family’s insurance company is the one paying the relocation agency and the relocation agency pays us to relocate their family

Opportunity:
– When our properties at Invested Escapes are 100% occupied, there is an opportunity to source other home owners who are available and sign a lease with them on behalf of the relocation agency/insurance company and take a cut for doing the effort to finding them a home. i.e.

STEP #1 i.e. Relocation agency needs to find a 4 bedroom home for a family of 6 with 2 dogs at around $3,500 a month for 4 months.
STEP #2 – you would search Zillow, furnished finder, etc. for 4 bedroom home that is pet friendly and call the owner and let them know (a) who we are as a company (b) what we are looking for and (c) why.
STEP #3 – confirm their lease price i.e. if they say it’s $1,500 a month; pay them $2,000 to secure the deal and charge the relocation agency $5,000/ month (our finders fee)
STEP #4 – $5,000 – $2,000 = $3,000 profit per month for Invested Escapes. You the Relocation Specialist Sales Associates (RSSA) gets 30% of the profit EVERY SINGLE month for the life of the contract. $900/month.

– Respond to inquiries
– Search for properties nationwide
– Make offers and secure the deal on a daily basis
– Make upwards of $5,000/month per month (commissions only); you don’t close; no pay.
