Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Account Manager to re-engage our past clients, ensuring they’re equipped with the best sportswear for their teams. This role focuses on establishing relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored sportswear solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Reconnect with past clients from our database, fostering strong relationships and comprehending their current sportswear needs.
Recommend suitable sportswear options based on team requirements and preferences.
Collaborate with design and production teams to fulfill custom orders and address client inquiries.
Track and report on sales metrics, ensuring targets are consistently met.
Stay informed on the latest trends in sportswear and our product innovations.
Maintain and update client information in our CRM system with accuracy.
Attend regular training sessions and participate in team meetings.
Qualifications:

Must be equipped for remote work. i.e. a second screen, headset, back up battery and back up internet
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field is a plus
At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a client-centric role.
Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
A keen interest in sports and an understanding of team sportswear needs.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Stable internet connection and a conducive workspace for remote work.
