Job Description:
The Remote Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our clients achieve their advertising goals by acting as their primary point of contact and guiding them through the process.
You will be responsible for communicating client needs to our internal team, developing plans to address client goals, and ensuring the timely execution of these plans.
This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, technical knowledge of Google Ads, Local Service Ads, and Yelp Ads, and a customer-focused mindset.
Role Details:
Industry: E-Commerce and Local Services (HVAC, Contractors, Plumbing)
Work Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 AM EST
Workdays: Monday – Friday
Salary range: PHP 50,000 – 70,000 / monthly
Job Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for 10-20 clients, providing regular updates, addressing questions, and resolving concerns.
Strategy Development: Work with clients to understand their business objectives and develop advertising strategies to achieve their goals.
Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients. Communicate results and insights to ensure clients are informed.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with PPC specialists to ensure campaigns are optimized to meet client objectives. Provide clear action items and follow up on their execution.
Problem Solving: If campaigns are not on track, work with internal teams to develop and implement corrective action plans.
Client Retention: Build strong relationships with clients to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retain business.
Documentation: Take detailed notes during client meetings and maintain clear records of client communications and action items.
Qualifications:
Experience:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting.
– Google Ads Knowledge: Strong understanding of Google Ads, Local Service Ads, and Yelp Ads, with the ability to explain these concepts to clients.

– Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
– Problem Solving: Ability to analyze data and develop actionable solutions.
Communication Skills:
– Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Technical Skills:
– Google Ads, Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, and other relevant tools.
– Must have fast and reliable internet
