Job Title: Remote Real Estate Administrative Assistant
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Remote Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a vital member of our real estate team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the administrative tasks necessary for smooth operations. This position is remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Appointment Setting:
Manage and organize schedules for real estate agents.
Coordinate appointments with clients, potential buyers, and sellers.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up regarding appointments and changes.
Drafting Listing and Lease Agreements:
Prepare and draft listing agreements, lease agreements, and other relevant documentation.
Review agreements for accuracy and completeness, adhering to legal requirements and company standards.
Collaborate with real estate agents to ensure all necessary information is included in agreements.
Lead and Client Management:
Assist in managing leads generated from various sources, including website inquiries, phone calls, and referrals.
Maintain an organized database of leads and clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Follow up with leads and clients to provide assistance, answer questions, and schedule appointments as needed.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to real estate agents, including managing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
Assist with document management, filing, and organization of electronic and physical files.
Handle miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by real estate agents or management.
Requirements:
Previous Experience:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Familiarity with drafting listing and lease agreements is highly desirable.
Organizational Skills:
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in using real estate software and platforms (e.g., MLS, CRM systems).
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Adaptability:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
Time Management:
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Professionalism:
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Location: Remote, Metro Manila Resident preferred for easy Monitoring, Coaching and Collaboration.
