Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping:
* Utilize QuickBooks Online (QBO) for payment reconciliations, accounts payable/accounts receivable management, and bank reconciliations.
* Generate and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and provide insights for decision-making.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, expenses, and tax documents.
Project Quality Assurance:
* Conduct internal audits of completed projects to guarantee all information is accurate and comprehensive.
* Employ a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to maintain high standards of quality.
Administrative Support:
* Assist the office team with various tasks including document creation/editing, maintaining internal resources, and data entry.
* Conduct research and manage other ad hoc tasks as required to support team efficiency.
* Maintain and organize digital and physical files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
* Document and create SOPs for key administrative, financial, and operational processes.
* Utilize several online platforms and project management software’s to document updates, progress, and all pertinent data.
Qualifications
Required:
Proven proficiency in bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs Suite.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Acute attention to detail with a meticulous approach to tasks.
Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency.
Familiarity with productivity platforms such as ClickUp, GoHighLevel, ChatGPT.
Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
Nice to Haves:
Previous experience in a remote administrative support role.
Certifications or additional training in bookkeeping or financial management.
