**Job Title: Remote Administrative Coordinator**

**Location:** Remote (Philippines)

**Position Type:** Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting the operations of our business under the guidance of our General Manager.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Interpret customer and supplier requests in accordance with the guidelines and standards of the Building Code of Australia (BCA), now known as the National Construction Code (NCC).
– Assist in managing correspondence, emails, and inquiries from clients and suppliers.
– Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the General Manager.
– Conduct research and compile data as required.
– Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
– Maintain accurate records and databases.
– Handle general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and data entry.

**Requirements:**
– Prior experience with the Building Code of Australia (BCA) or National Construction Code (NCC) is preferred.
– Experience working with an Australian building company or material supplier is highly advantageous.
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
– Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
– Comfortable with making phone calls and participating in video conferences.
– Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
