Intro:
We are looking for a remote executive assistant to help us to skyrocket several different jobs who is starting with flexible hours (open time-management) at $7 USD per hour.

About Us:
We are an European ecommerce company that has been selling on Amazon (EU & US), for over five years. We sell physical products mainly in Beauty and Household. We currently have 4 employees and are growing fast. We are all completely remote and operate independently. Getting good work done on time is more important than logging hours so we are looking for a long-time employee which shares our values.

You have a great internet connection that has over 95% up-time. You have flexible hours, so we can schedule weekly calls in different time zones. You have AMAZING English.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Listing and PPC Manager to join our team. As a successful candidate, you will have exceptional English skills and a minimum of three years of experience working with Amazon FBA businesses.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify profitable keywords for product listings which can later also be used as basis
for PPC by someone else.
• Create new listings using flat files on multiple marketplaces, including the US, UK, and Germany
• Manage existing parent and child listings using category listing reports and reverse feeds
• Upload images to listings and update A+
• Check categories, handle glitches, and troubleshoot issues directly with seller support.
• Periodically check all listings and edit if necessary

Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience working remotely and independently
• Proficient in Google Docs, Excel, and Slack, as well as other productivity and task management tools like Asana
• Experience using Seller Central for listing creation via flatfile Excel
• Experience using Helium10 for keyword research
