Remote Appointment Setter

Overview

Roofing Ai Systems, a pioneer in adopting AI and automation in the roofing industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Appointment Setter. This role is involved in our appointment-setting operations, where leads generated through our innovative social media advertising are qualified and vetted. The Remote Appointment Setter will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality roofing inspection appointments are delivered to our clients, aligning with our goal of facilitating roof deals under their own brands.

Responsibilities

Lead Management:

Oversee the process of handling leads from social media platforms, ensuring effective qualification and vetting according to client parameters.

Team Leadership:

Support a team of remote appointment setting agents, and have the ability to provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations when needed.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor calls to ensure compliance with quality standards and client requirements. Implement strategies to enhance call quality and customer experience.

Reporting & Analysis:

Generate regular reports on call center performance, lead conversion rates, and client feedback. Use data to drive process improvements.

Efficiency Enhancement:

Work closely with the tech team to leverage AI and automation capabilities, optimizing lead follow-up and conversion processes.

Requirements

Proven experience (2+ years) in appointment setting.
Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus, but not required.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
