Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptional English-speaking individual to join our team as a Remote Appointment Setter. As a licensed medical spa specializing in Body Contouring, your primary responsibility will be to call incoming leads and book appointments for our exclusive Body Contouring Promotion. This is a work-from-home position open to Filipino workers who meet the criteria outlined below.
Responsibilities:
Call incoming leads promptly and professionally, following a short script.
Engage leads in conversation to promote our Body Contouring Promotion and generate interest.
Book appointments by securing a $50 deposit upfront to reserve the client’s appointment slot.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments booked, and client information.
Requirements:
Fluency in outstanding English, both spoken and written.
Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate various time zones.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using computers, internet applications, and CRM software.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
Must be ethical.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred.
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive compensation package. You will receive an hourly base pay, along with a commission for each new lead successfully booked. Our previous Appointment Setters earned an average of $1,200 per week in US dollars. The more leads you book, the greater your earning potential. This is an opportunity to create your income based on your performance.

You will be working through live web chat and through telephone calls. So excellent verbal and written English skills are a must.

Requirements:

1. Reliable high speed Internet service.

2. Ability to speak English with a neutral accent and type in English with good grammar.

3. Strong experience in telemarketing sales calls and appointment setting. Previous call center experience is a major plus.

4. Ability to work during Pacific Time (our office is based in California in the USA) Approximate time is 9am-5pm Pst

5. Quiet work space is a must.

6. Must have strong work ethic and be willing to do a high volume of chats and phone calls.

7. Experience using High Level is a Plus.

We are looking for exceptional people that have extremely good English speaking skills. As the majority of what will be done on a day-in basis is talking on the phone and chat, we need people that feel at home in the English language and understand the nuances of the language.

We also want someone who can think on their feet and has a high aptitude for understanding and following instructions.

Your English needs to be perfect in order for us to consider you. Please do not apply unless you are VERY confident in your English speaking skills and have experience in Telemarketing Sales or Appointment Setting.

We offer great pay and performance-based bonuses. You will be calling mostly warm prospects and you will get bonuses for every appointment that you book and show up. You could more than double your base pay with bonuses if you do an excellent job.

This position is open for immediate hire. We need dependable employees who consistently work hard. The most important thing for us is that you are performing well by working with our chat and phone leads and transferring them to our USA based agents.
