Job Description

Our Real Estate company is currently looking for a Remote Assistant with Customer Service, Call Center, Administrative, or Property Management working experience to support our Executive team with leasing duties. Ideally, it will be someone who is detail-oriented, works well under pressure and can learn new things quickly. In order to be considered for this position, you must send your resume with working experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
– Working hours are 8am-4pm US Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.
– At least 2 years of customer service and call center experience.
– Stayed with previous company for at least more than a year. It’s Ok if not the most recent company.
– Must have back-up system when power outage suddenly happens.
– Always ready to cover if colleague is off on any day including weekend, if needed.
– Experience in dealing with maintenance request is desired.
– Patient and flexible on company’s policy changes.
– Always open for communication to the team, supervisor, and manager.

SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE:
– Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Slides, etc)
– Google Drive, Google Voice
– Gmail and other email clients
– Slack

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:
– 5 MBPS or higher Internet Subscription (Hardwired- DSL, Cable or Fiber)
– An up to date computer workstation (at least an Pentium i3-CPU or equivalent with 4 GB of RAM)
– Good working headset (preferably a noise-cancelling variant) and webcam.
– Back-ups in case of power interruption
