Position: Engagement Manager (EM)
Work Hours: 40 hours/week, Mondays – Fridays, US time zones
Starting salary: USD8 – 9/hour
About us:
We provide sophisticated coaching services and assistance to the Leaders of either top-tier venture capital firms or unicorn startups. We help our clients find their next remote EMs (or Executive Assistants) through a series of screening and assessments. Which means you will be hired directly by the client.
Duties and responsibilities (Similar to Executive Assistant):
Meeting Management
– Create follow-up emails based on information provided by the meeting owner
– Record information collected from the meeting owner in a contact database
– Add or update calendar item
Task and Time Management
– Record all tasks assigned and performed
– Keep accurate and detailed records of time spent on tasks
Management of Contact Database
– Enter new contact information
– Update existing contact information
– Log value activities performed by the contact owner
– Track all Action items
– Invite new contacts to LinkedIn
– Accept LinkedIn invitations
Research management:
– Perform various internet-based research
– Perform prospect research
Writing:
– Create email drafts for the folks you work for
– Creation of text templates
Any other responsibilities that might arise while performing this job.
