Remote Bilingual Dental Transcriptionist

We seek an experienced dental professional to join our team as a Remote Bilingual Dental Transcriptionist (Spanish/English). In this role, you will transcribe and edit video and audio content from dental continuing education courses, lectures, seminars, and podcasts.

Responsibilities:
– Accurately transcribe dental audio/video content and lectures
– Proofread and edit transcripts for accuracy, formatting, grammar, and terminology
– Utilize proper dental terminology in transcribed documents
– Upload and sync transcripts with eLearning platforms
– Meet turnaround times and transcription standards
– Troubleshoot technical transcription issues
– Review transcriptions and correct AI-generated transcripts
– Ensure accuracy of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology
– Maintain confidentiality of patient information

Requirements:
– 6+ years experience as a dentist, dental assistant, hygienist, or technician
– High level of fluency in English and Spanish
– Excellent knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, physiology
– Strong technology skills and ability to learn new platforms quickly
– Proficient typing and transcription skills
– Meticulous attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively
– Excellent communication and proofreading skills
