Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented accounting professional to accept a challenging role supporting the Accounting Manager. This bookkeeping role will require significant time invested in learning autonomous tasks and proactively reaching out to vendors, customers, and employees to maintain accurate and timely accounting records. This role will involve significant time on Microsoft Teams, TrulinX ERP, Excel and Outlook to efficiently execute daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Record and verify all transactions in the TrulinX ERP system.
• Process invoices and manage vendor payments.
• Handle customer billing and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts regularly.
• Prepare detailed daily, weekly and monthly financial reports as requested.
• Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and process payroll timely.
• Execute special requests for simple financial analysis that will involve Microsoft Excel.
• Understand United States GAAP compliance with local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant for a company based in the United States with detailed knowledge of USA accounting rules.
• Fluent user of Microsoft 365 and Office Products especially Teams, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with completing accounting transactions in Microsoft Dynamics, TrulinX or similar ERP is strongly preferred. We do not use QuickBooks or Xero.
• Experience reaching out to USA customers for payment and paying global vendors.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Must be available to work during United States Eastern Time hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Some flexibility can be discussed.
