What we’re looking for:
We need a new Business Development Associate! This is a remote (work from home) position.

As a Business Development Associate with us, your main task is to reach out to up to 150 business owners daily using social media, email, and other methods. Your role is key to expanding our Founder Acceleration program by finding potential clients and guiding them towards business growth. You’ll focus on lead generation, aiming to identify 150 potential leads each day using LinkedIn, forums, and directories.
Your job also involves creating outreach strategies tailored to different platforms, making sure your messages match the needs of business owners. Managing contacts effectively is crucial, so you’ll keep a detailed database of your outreach and follow-ups. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our program. Working alongside our sales and marketing teams, you’ll help align your outreach with our overall goals and regularly report on your progress. This role requires excellent communication skills, digital tool proficiency, and attention to detail. We’re committed to your growth and will provide the training and support you need to succeed in this role, helping business owners grow with the Founder Acceleration program.
Salary & growth opportunities:
Business Development Associate start at $3/ hr
You’ll work under a full client manager as you learn the trade
You’ll be immersed in a cutting edge environment of business and personal growth
You’ll be graded on your client retention and campaign performance
Once you are managing at peak performance (we have an algorithm to determine a peak performance based on the activity of clients and their involvement in the community) you will be promoted to a full Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate:
Lead Generation: Can effectively research and identify potential business owner leads daily, aiming for a target of 150 contacts. Utilize various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, industry-specific forums, and business directories.
Client management: The core of your job is relationship building. You need to be a person that cares deeply about helping small businesses succeed. That means managing expectations, being clear in your communication, and being willing to coach clients. You also need to be comfortable with challenging conversations and have the ability to diffuse tense situations and the foresight to navigate around potential pitfalls.
Marketing Strategy: Your job is to learn about the client’s business and understand what we offer and how that will impact them. You will need to engage and find ways to add value to each client from the very beginning. This can mean offering many types of value based on the business and business owners needs.
Problem solving: The cardinal sin at our company is asking someone a question you could have solved yourself. We need people who are willing to “figure it out” and don’t mind rolling up their sleeves. That doesn’t mean we aren’t here to support you, we are. But only when you encounter a problem that you truly can’t solve. You’re expected to bring more to the table than expected and hurdle problems, not allow them to get in your way.
