Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Remote Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving growth and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, managing client relationships, and closing deals. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere and requires a self-starter with exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Actively make cold calls and utilize various strategies to identify potential clients, understanding their needs and how our services can meet them.
Client Retention: Reach out to existing customers to strengthen relationships, assess ongoing needs, and introduce new products or services.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective and existing clients, ensuring that all parties are informed and prepared for the discussions.
Follow-Up: Implement effective follow-up strategies to ensure progression from meeting to closing, maintaining a pipeline of engaged prospects and clients.
Proposal Creation: Develop customized proposals that clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of our services to potential clients.
Deal Closing: Drive negotiations and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and new opportunities for business growth.
Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback from clients to the product development and service teams and report on sales activities and achievements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or relevant role in sales or marketing.
Strong track record of generating new business, meeting, or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make compelling presentations to a variety of audiences.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a reliable internet connection.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
