Our social media marketing agency is looking for dedicated chat operators to interact with our clients and ensure they have a great experience. This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours ranging from 6-8 hours per day, 4-7 days per week.

– Engage with clients through chat, providing friendly and professional communication
– Manage and resolve clients needs and desires
– Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
– Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the best experience for our clients

Requirements:
– Excellent written communication skills in English
– High emotional intelligence and empathy
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Previous experience in customer service or chat operations is a plus
– Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
