About the Role:
Plumbing Bros National Assist is based in Perth, and is looking for a new team member to work remotely from the Philippines. Become a vital part of our team, fielding and coordinating job schedules and invoicing processes as we work with a national network of clients and franchise partners across Australia. The role offers a work schedule from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Coordination: Ensure our clients receive great customer service and timely feedback, leaving no room for errors.
• Scheduling/Purchase Order Generation: You will be at the forefront of our scheduling/order process, ensuring accuracy
and timeliness.
• Franchise Coordination: Efficiently coordinate with our franchise network across Australia to ensure smooth operations
and client expectations are exceeded.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with valued clients through calls, emails, and queries. We take pride in treating our
customers like gold, so going the extra mile should be second nature to you.
• Handle and Action Job Variation Requests: Manage requests from franchise partners onsite and coordinate efficient and
timely escalation with the end client.
• Job Management: Manage and process all day-to-day jobs by following the invoicing & job-checking process.

Additional Requirements:
• English Proficiency: Must have local / Australian-level English skills. Candidates must submit a an audio or video themselves
speaking for a minimum of 1 minute.
• IT Setup: You must have a reliable computer with a dual-screen setup. Provide details and pictures of your IT setup and
home office.
• Work Environment: Must have a quiet and professional workspace to minimize disruptions during work hours.
• Reliable Internet: Ensure you have a stable and high-speed internet connection, along with a backup plan for internet
connectivity and power outages.
• Self-Motivation and Discipline: Ability to manage time effectively and be self-motivated in a remote work setting.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for remote collaboration.
• Time Management Tools: Comfortable using tools for time management and productivity tracking.

Experience with job management systems in the areas of plumbing, electrical or construction will be favourably looked upon.
Experience with data entry, invoicing creation and entry will be favourably looked upon.
Customer service experience and phone experience will be favourably looked upon.
