Responsibilities
– Manage and encourage existing clients to maintain their payment plans.
– Collect unpaid fees from customers who defaulted on their payment plans.
– Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their financial situation and offering suitable solutions.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
– Regularly report to management regarding portfolio performance and strategic directions.
– Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional client support.
Requirements
– College degree in any field.
– Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and high-level spelling accuracy.
– A strong capability for following instructions, policies, and procedures.
– Patience when dealing with challenging customer issues.
– A quiet dedicated workspace with high-speed internet.
– Available to work during Arizona office hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which is approximately 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Philippine time).

– Experience in finance or debt collection is highly desirable but not essential.
