Location: Remote (Flexible hours, must be available for weekly meetings that will take place at a mutually agreed upon time between the hours of 9 AM – 3 PM Eastern Time.) (Initial training during Pacific Time Zone hours.)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Manager to join our small online business team. You will play a pivotal role in managing our monthly membership tasks, ensuring our members feel seen, heard, and celebrated.
Responsibilities:
-Communicate effectively with members to ensure a top-notch membership experience.
-Coordinate with team members including writers, video editors, designers, and platform experts to manage and execute monthly membership updates.
-Maintain constant knowledge of project statuses, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
-Provide exceptional customer service, addressing member inquiries and feedback promptly.
-Utilize tools such as ClickUp, Zoom, Kajabi, Canva, ChatGPT, PowerPoint, addevent, and Office365 for various management and communication needs.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience in community management, project management, or customer service, preferably as a VA for a US-based company.
-Excellent command of written and spoken English.
-Strong interpersonal skills; must be super friendly, kind, and a collaborative team player.
-A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
-Experience in the legal field is a plus.
Compensation:
-Hourly wage, please indicate your expected rate.
-Initially 2 – 4 hours per week with potential to increase as the membership grows.
