Job Responsibilities

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content performance and maximize reach and engagement.
Monitor social media channels, respond to user comments and inquiries, and engage with the online community to foster positive relationships and brand advocacy.
Analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay informed about industry regulations, copyright laws, and content usage rights to ensure compliance in content creation and distribution.
Job Qualifications
Proven experience in social media property management, including content planning, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Strong content strategy development skills, with the ability to align content initiatives with business goals and target audience preferences.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail, grammar, and syntax.
Demonstrated ability to write engaging, informative, and persuasive content that resonates with the target audience across various platforms and formats.
Proficiency in utilizing content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools for content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.
