Daily Responsibilities:
– Create compelling and relevant content for various social media platforms on behalf of our diverse clients.
– Develop captivating copy for ads, posts, and captions that resonate with our clients’ target audiences.
– Post on behalf of clients, ensuring each post goes live successfully without any errors.
– Track analytics of posts, monitoring the success of each post.
Weekly Responsibilities:
– Create content calendars on behalf of our clients, showcasing their unique brand voices.
– Collaborate with the video and design team to ensure visuals align with the brand and enhance engagement for each client.
– Conduct A/B testing on different ad copy and content styles to optimize performance for various industries.
– Skilled in analyzing social media metrics to come up with practical goals that can be put into action and measured.
– Able to develop client social media strategies by using insights from reports and analysis.
– Meet with the time providing feedback and suggestions on how to improve content moving forward.
– Good at communicating with videographers/photographers to shoot the right content for the client’s social media.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a copywriter and social media manager.
– Proven proficiency in growing social media accounts.
– Proficiency in English writing, editing, and grammar. (no copy-pasting from chat GPT)
– Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
– Creative mindset and ability to adapt writing style to different client audiences.
– Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across ~10 clients’ accounts.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Ability to retain information and tailor strategies for a wide variety of businesses.
– Ability to accept and apply constructive criticism and feedback effectively
– Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
– Proactive approach in managing the entire process of a client’s social page, from start to finish, without constant prompts from others.
– Reliable electricity and internet connection so you are reachable throughout the day.
