-Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns.
-Build rapport with customers and cultivate long-lasting relationships through excellent communication and support.
-Stay updated on industry trends, nutritional information, and fitness techniques to better assist customers.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Previous experience working in a remote / home setting.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Likes to talk on the phone.
Passion for nutrition, fitness, and a healthy lifestyle.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
