We are a specialised Math & Science tuition centre run by a solo-tutor. Here, there are no mega-centres with a mega client base, but we are dedicated to delivering high-quality lessons & support to our small group of students & their parents. Our centre is based in Singapore and we take pride in our young team with a flat-organisational structure where every member is valued for their skills.

We are looking for a remote customer relations & operations associate who is capable of taking care of our customers’ needs and running our operations smoothly.

Working hours: 4-5pm, 8-9pm on Mon-Fri AND 2-4pm, Sat (2h a day, can be further discussed)

Location: Anywhere (100% work from home)

Salary: 200 php per hour

What you’ll be doing

Attending to course enquiries and requests from our customers digitally via WhatsApp, Email. You will learn about our programmes offered, frequently asked questions and learn about our policies & processes.

Maintaining our online rewards system and online student portal to provide students with a smooth learning experience.

Assisting with administration tasks for the academic and operations team such as enrolling students, updating student progress, assist in curriculum development, broadcasting information, collection of fee payment, maintaining backend database

Receiving invoice payments and recording expenses on a monthly basis.

Assisting in projects and business developments – helping out with different projects throughout the year (enrollment, children’s day, marketing campaigns etc.), carrying out research for business development

The Ideal Candidate

You need to be fluent in English (spoken and written)

Bachelor’s Degree in any major. (College students are also welcomed)

Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets

You’re resilient and able to handle a multitude of responsibilities from Day 1. We do not handhold but trust that guidance will be provided.

Experience with Trello is a plus. Please use the words “I want to work tsla!” in your email subject to be considered.

Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
