Responsibilities:
– Be the first point of contact for our customers, providing email, chat and phone support
– Quickly and efficiently answer customer service questions and resolve any issues that may arise
– Proactively identify unsatisfied customers and take the initiative to reach out and resolve any issues
– Find relevant and interesting content and write engaging social media posts and blog posts
– Regularly post on our brand’s social media channels and actively create engagement with our followers
Requirements:
– Proven experience in a relevant role, such as Virtual Assistant, Customer Service, or Social Media Management
– Exceptional written and spoken English skills
– Strong customer service experience, including phone, chat and email support
– Familiarity with handling social media accounts and creating engaging content
– Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, online calendars, etc.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Stable and fast internet connection
– Full-time availability, with the ability to work between 12 PM – 9 PM Eastern Time Zone.
