Location: Remote
Hours: 8-20 hours per week with a discretionary overlap on the weekend of at least 2 hours. Flexibility based on candidate availability and business needs. Work can be expanded to 40 hours plus bonuses based on preference, performance and needs.

We are seeking an experienced remote assistant with expertise in health insurance customer service to educate and guide our team.
Responsibilities:
-Assist in answering client inquiries related to health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage.
-Provide guidance and training to our team on best customer service practices specific to the health insurance industry.
-Stay updated on the latest trends, changes, and regulations in the US health insurance sector.
-Handle escalated customer service issues, offering solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Assist in creating and updating training materials and customer service scripts.
-Conduct regular webinars or training sessions for the team to share knowledge and best practices.
-Work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to policy purchase and beyond.
-Collaborate with management to continuously improve our customer service processes and tools.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the health insurance sector.
Solid understanding of US health insurance policies, terms, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bonus:
Proven ability to train and guide teams.
Proficient in using digital tools and platforms, including GoHighLevel, Gmail and cloud phone systems.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
