Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative based in the Philippines to join our team. The ideal candidate will cover non-traditional working hours that complement our Los Angeles operations, ensuring continuous support for our customers during times our local staff are not available. This role involves interacting with customers via email, chat, and phone to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain our company’s standard for excellence in customer satisfaction.

Specific Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies.
Work closely with the Los Angeles team to ensure consistent customer service and share insights from customer interactions.

Requirements:
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in computer and typing skills, experience with CRM software is a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be willing and able to work during hours that cover nighttime in Los Angeles (specific hours to be determined based on candidate’s flexibility and company needs).
Previous experience in customer service or E-commerce.
A positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and collected.
