At Purple Cow, you will be working with a team helping onboard new customers, provide customer and technical support through SMS/Email.

Valuable previous experience:

Salesforce – (Or other Customer Relation Databases)
Chargebee – (Or other subscription handling services)
Google Sheet/Doc – (Or Microsoft Office)
Customer Service – Either virtually or in person
