POSITION OVERVIEW
We run multiple online education and coaching programs that help healthcare professionals start and grow their own medical practices. To be able to do this, we have built a small team of exceptional players to help make sure that our programs run smoothly and that we are able to provide top-notch customer service to all our potential students. As the Customer Service Representative, you will be playing an integral part in our company’s success by ensuring that all incoming inquiries are responded to in a professional and timely manner and that no inquiries are left unanswered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Interact with warm prospective clients via a dedicated software CRM system which includes phone (inbound & outbound using our software), email, SMS, and live chat.
– Educate prospective students on the online education programs we offer, including the benefits of our training programs.
– Assess incoming inquiries and be able to determine qualified potential students and schedule/take sales calls with those leads.
– Treat every customer and potential customer with the utmost amount of courtesy and respect.
– Document and communicate client challenges to the Operations team.
– Respond to all incoming inquiries within 4 hours during business hours.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling customer service-related tasks
– Strong command of the English language; must be strong enough to rival a native English speaker and writer.
– Must be talkative and friendly, have great communication skills, and possesses confidence when interacting with potential students.
– Experience with multi-channel support (call, email, chat, SMS, social media)
– Familiarity with CRM systems specifically GoHighLevel
– Tech-savvy to be able to navigate through different software (must be highly proficient in using Google Suite & Asana)
– Must have high attention to detail
– Passion to learn new processes and quickly adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment
– Must be willing to work 2 hours during the weekends

PAY AND BENEFITS
– 9AM – 5PM EST working schedule; of which 2 hours are worked on the weekend
– Opportunity to work in a growing online company
