We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and have a positive experience with us.

Responsibilities:
– Lead and empower a team of customer service representatives:
– Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
– Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
– Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
– Recognize and reward individual and team achievements.

Ensure exceptional customer service:
– Develop and implement customer service best practices and protocols.
– Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
– Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
– Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
– Maintain accurate customer records and data.

Contribute to the growth and success of the company:
– Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to improve service offerings.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
– Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
– Participate in developing and implementing new customer service initiatives.
– Assist with onboarding and training new cleaning crew members as needed.

Qualifications:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
– Proven track record of success in coaching, motivating, and developing teams.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
– Experience in the cleaning industry a plus.
