Role Overview:
Join our team as a Remote Customer Success Manager/ Remote Director and play a key role in creating amazing video projects for our business clients. Your job is more than just managing client relationships; it’s about strategically planning, monitoring project timelines, and adapting to client needs in producing content that not only speaks to businesses but also amplifies their message across digital platforms.

.Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Ensure all video content aligns with clients’ marketing goals, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Act as liaison between clients and our production team, translating client feedback into actionable insights to continuously improve project outcomes.
Guide subjects with confidence, focusing on authenticity and engagement without aiming for scripted perfection.
Maintain high audio and visual standards, insisting on 1080p HD video resolution or higher, and conducting thorough pre-recording checks.
Empower content creators with clear directions for minimal takes, emphasizing authenticity over rehearsed perfection.
No prior video production experience needed, we will provide training.
Create an environment where creativity and collaboration are encouraged, helping your team to do their best work.

Requirements:
Customer Success Manager/ Remote Director must be detail – oriented, with a relentless focus on task completion, meticulous tracking, and punctual delivery.
Experience working with remote teams and clients, demonstrating the ability to bridge gaps in geography and culture to deliver outstanding results.
Technically savvy, with a keen understanding of the intricacies involved in producing high-quality remote videos.
A willingness to dive deep into the world of AI tools, with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this role.
The ability to handle a high volume of tasks efficiently.

Compensation:
Base salary after probation is $670 USD per month, with an additional internet allowance of $25.
